Make sure you check your HTML code that you cut and pasted to make sure your contact page works. I have seen sites that people tried this with, but there were some issues, and the webmasters never did receive their emails.

I totally agree that $199 is a lot of money to pay for a contact form plugin. I am not a fan of yearly or monthly bills. I wish Gravity Forms did have an option like <a href="https://blog.tbwhs.com/elegant-themes-wordpress-review/">Elegant Themes</a> where you could pay a one time fee. I think that is an excellent business model.

Yeah, Contact Form 7 is probably one of the more simple WordPress contact plugins. It is installed on over 1 million websites. Also, their support on WordPress is very quick to help you with any issues.

Jetpack is decent. It has a lot of really cool features. The good thing is it can take the place of 3-4 plugins if you install it. A lot of people don't know that Jackpack actually has a paid option too. With the paid option it has, even more, features.

These are some great plugins to add a contact form to your site. I have added a contact form on my site from a site that generated an HTML code that I pasted on a page.

I have many plugins, and I always try to avoid plugins, so my site does not load slowly, I love your site, Garen. A lot of value and quality content, keep it up! :)

Don’t get me wrong Gravity Forms is a good plugin. However, the developer version cost $199 a year. This is a lot of money for a simple plugin that is just supposed to allow people to contact you.

Really good list. I have been using Contact Form 7 for a long time now on all my sites as it really does a good job, especially for a free plugin. I like that it is easy to set up the form itself, and then embed it in another post or page. Quite interested to look at Jetpack. It also looks like an amazing plugin.

In reply to <a href="https://blog.tbwhs.com/wordpress-contact-form-plugins/#comment-26806">Michael</a>.

Both Jetpack and Ninja Forms are very good WordPress contact form plugins. I have used both of them over the years. I do like how easy Ninja Forms is to use. The downside to Ninja Forms is the cost. It can be a $19 a year expense.

But, Jetpack is also a great WordPress contact form plugin. JetPack is free though and does have social sharing features, custom CSS, WordPress stats, enhanced commenting, CDN support, email opt-in features, etc.

Thank you very much for sharing this list of great WordPress contact form plugins and for showing how it is important to have one on my site. These tools are good to have as they help to keep in contact with site visitors and have leads to follow up on and provide service to. Having these really makes your website professional, so I definitely recommend having one. Thank you very much for sharing, I am interested in the Jetpack plugin and the Ninja Form plugin. I will look into them and decide which one would best suit my site.
