Completely agree with you on the lack of service after the Utah data center transfer. What’s interesting is that normally they’re pretty reliable, but when they do go down they go down for a long time. Worst part of all, people don’t realize moving off Hostgator to another popular service provider is highly likely to still keep them under EIG umbrella. When their Utah datacenter went down last month, we had 3-4 different hosting companies down.
